Research in sports performance has been done predominantly on male athletes,

Our goal is to change this paradigm

International Research Study Opportunity!

There is an urgent need to better understand the modern female athlete, meet their specific physical demands and optimize their athletic performance. High quality research for female athletes is lacking.

The current path to elite athletic status is achieved through a “the more you play, the more you practice, the better you get” mentality. Ultimately, this impairs elite performance and increases the chance of injury, along with physical and psychological “burn out”.

There is a more effective and safer route to achieving peak sports performance.

Females are up to 9 times more likely to experience an injury compared to their male counterparts, specifically in the knee.

Train with World-Class Strength & Conditioning Coaches

Developed with researchers from Manchester Metropolitan University (in the United Kingdom), who are leading experts in strength and conditioning, female adolescent physical performance, and injury mitigation.

Our program coach is a PhD researcher from the Chicagoland area (Geneva, IL) where she played high school JV & Varsity level sports which led to success as a competitive Olympic Weightlifter. Her strength and conditioning coaching experience includes Bradley University and Yale University working with basketball, football, volleyball, softball, and field hockey teams.
